General
How do you recommend I clean my products?
Due to the nature of your product, all items have been pre-washed in a gentle free and clear detergent.
Clothing items should be washed in cool/warm water with a gentle commercial detergent of your choosing, avoid bleach and optical brighteners, and either hang to dry or tumble on low/no heat.
To wash diapers, it is important to establish a routine that matches the capabilities of your washer and the hardness/mineral content of the water in your home. Most diaper routines will involve two wash cycles with detergent, followed by one or more rinse cycles.
Detergent build up is a very real thing, to avoid this, start by using no more than 1-2 tablespoons of detergent when washing diapers. If you find that this is not getting your diapers clean, increase the detergent amount by 1/2 tbsp at a time.

We are registered as a CPSC small-batch manufacturer and are committed to upholding the highest safety standards for our products.
Orders
How do I cancel my order?
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After the 24 hour window has passed, these orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, please contact me at LemonHouseStitch@gmail.com
If you need to cancel a MTO/Custom order, please contact me at the above email. MTO/Custom cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if within TAT, if TAT has been exceeded, there is no fee for cancelling and a cancellation/refund can be requested at any time.
My order is wrong. Help!
I'm so sorry that I made a mistake with your order. While I try my best to get everything right, human errors do happen. Please contact me at LemonHouseStitch@gmail.com ASAP. Order corrections must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 US States and the outlying major territories. If you have an APO, FPO, or DPO address, send us a message and we are happy to acomodate military families!
Based outside of the US? Feel free to send us a message and we can discuss international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
RTS (Ready To Ship) Items are Shipped within 10 business days, and MTO/Customs have a TAT of 8-10 weeks depending on the items.
How do I track my order?
All orders will come with a tracking number from USPS or UPS. It is always my goal to provide the most affordable shipping solution and when purchasing a shipping label, I will always choose the courier that can get your items to you fastest for the least amount of money. Regardless of what courier service is chosen, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
Returns
How do I return an item?
In order to complete a return, all items must be un-worn, unwashed, and free of damage (including pet hair).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from date of delivery, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To start a return, please send me a message at LemonHouseStitch@gmail.com
How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of delivery at our store to process the return.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, exchanges are not subject to the 25% restocking fee, but the item must be un unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Customs/MTO
How Do Custom Orders Work?
Every few months, I will announce on my facebook group that customs are opening. During this time you will be able to order any items that we offer in our catalogue in whatever print/fabric/size you would like.
I will announce when customs are open in the VIP Facebook group.
Custom Pricing
There is no fee to order items made with files that we already own and are in our files drive, aka our pantry.
If you are wanting to order an item that we do not have in our pantry, please email a link/screen shot of the listing and you will be sent an invoice for the list price of the seamless file of your choosing.
MTO fabrics will not be ordered from our manufacturer until all outstanding invoices are paid in full, including the price of the seamless file.
I refuse any and all orders that are political in nature (regardless of party affiliation), designs that are discriminatory or promote hate speech, are vulgar or have profanity on them. All other designs are on a case-by-case basis and Lemon House Stitchery reserves the right to reject any and all designs that are not in alignment with our values.
On a case-by-case basis, I may allow customers to provide their own fabric for projects. If this is something you are interested in discussing, please send us an email.
How long do custom orders take?
My goal is always to provide your items as fast as possible. Current TAT for custom items is 8-10 weeks, many times I am able to finish orders long before this timeframe.
Given the current and ever-changing circumstances surrounding US Tariffs on Foreign Goods, TAT may be adjusted. In the event that this happens, you will be contacted promptly on what options are available regarding next steps.
